Registration Rates
Registration rates for the 2026 conference will be posted as soon as they are determined and approved by the SCMEA Executive Board.

*These registration levels can add one (1) guest to their registration for an additional $40.
Important: SCMEA members must register using the primary e-mail address associated with their NAfME membership to be eligible to attend under the correct membership level and rate. If your membership was recently renewed and your eligible rate doesn’t appear as an option, or if you experience any other technical issue and need assistance, please e-mail Ryan Tinker.
Paying By Check?
If paying by check for conference registration, please make checks payable to SCMEA. Please ensure payment is mailed by January 24, 2026 to the address below. If registering after January 24, 2026 – please bring your check IN-PERSON to the conference registration desk to remit payment at check-in.

REFUND POLICY
1. Refunds will be issued no later than January 15, and will incur a $30 processing fee. Requests must be made in writing.
2. No refunds will be made after January 15 except for extraordinary circumstances including the illness or death of the registrant, or a severe illness or death of a family member.
3. If public health conditions force a cancellation of the SCMEA Professional Conference, refunds will be made in full to each registrant.
