To register your groups for the 2024 Solo & Ensemble Festival:
Step #1 : Fill out a Sponsor Cover Form (available from the forms page), print it, and get the required signatures.
Step #2 : Read through the Solo & Ensemble Standing Rules and Expectations for Live Solo & Ensemble Performances.
Step #3 : Follow this link to the SCMEA S&E Registration Sheet 2024 (Google Sheets) and fill it out completely. You will make a copy of the form and rename the file with School Name SCMEA S&E Registration Sheet 2024. If you teach at multiple schools, make a copy to rename and fill out for each school.
Step #4 : Choose a payment option below :
- Payment Option A: CHECK : Make a check out to SCMEA Orchestra Division for the Total Amount Due in the top section of the Registration Sheet. Use the Solo & Ensemble Bookkeeper Invoice 2024 if needed by your bookkeeper. Mail checks to Bonnie Pruitt (address below) along with a copy of your Sponsor Cover Form.
- Payment Option B: PAYPAL : Pay the Total Amount Due for your Solo & Ensemble events using the Paypal option on the SCMEA website. (You must log in to the SCMEA Website, go to Orchestra Division, go to Members ONLY, and select Payment Options.) Use the Solo & Ensemble Bookkeeper Invoice 2024 if needed by your bookkeeper.
Step #5 : Complete the 2024 Solo & Ensemble Director Registration Form.
On this Google Form, you will:
- Upload a digital copy of your Sponsor Cover Form + NAfME Card
- If needed, upload separate file of NAfME Card or Membership Renewal Receipt
- Paste the link for your School Name SCMEA S&E Registration Sheet 2024 (Share→General Access→Anyone with the link can view→Copy link→Paste)
- Upload a digital copy of your Paypal Receipt (or indicate you are paying by check).
- If you teach at multiple schools, please complete this form for each school.
Please make sure all Solo & Ensemble Registration steps and forms are completed by March 1, 2024!
