NAfME is partnering with the NAMM Foundation and the national organizations representing dance, theatre, and visual arts educators to conduct a survey on the use of federal funds for music and arts education programs. The survey will be open until Friday, October 27, and we would greatly appreciate you sharing this information with your members.
The survey asks questions about the use of Titles I, II, and IV-A funds under the Every Student Succeeds Act and the use of Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds (ESSER) under the American Rescue Plan to support arts and music programs in K–12 schools. The survey should be completed by someone in the school district or state who is knowledgeable about districtwide K–12 music and arts instruction.
